D. Stuart Punger, Jr. focuses his practice on litigating a wide range of legal issues including business and minority shareholder disputes, breach of contract, employment and non-competition agreements, motor vehicle collisions and personal injury, real estate disputes, Will Caveats and Estates, and Workers’ Compensation for both plaintiffs and defendants across North Carolina.

Stuart holds a law degree from Wake Forest University in 2006 and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2002. Stuart has litigated cases in a wide range of venues in North Carolina including state and federal trial courts, state and federal appellate courts, the Business Court, the Industrial Commission, and Arbitrations.

Stuart is licensed to practice in all North Carolina State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District and Middle District of North Carolina. He was selected as a Rising Star by the North Carolina Super Lawyers Magazine from 2014-2020.
